Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Free UK standard delivery typically arrives within 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery time from order placement is typically 9–18 business days, including processing and transit.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, or seasonal demand.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Which couriers do you use?
We work with established UK carriers, which may include Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel.
The carrier is selected based on parcel size, weight, and delivery destination.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
You can also check delivery status via our Track Your Order page after dispatch confirmation.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within 18 business days after dispatch, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, a refund will be arranged where appropriate.
Any resolution will be handled in line with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will process a refund and you will need to place a new order with the correct delivery details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ovelyxlights.com or using our contact form.
Please include photos of the outer packaging, the damaged product, and your order number.
Once verified, a refund will be arranged in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address.
Please email support@ovelyxlights.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, or use our contact form.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled for a refund before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you decide not to keep the item after delivery, you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, including items that have been carefully opened for inspection.
For non-defective returns, a £5.99 return label fee applies. The label is emailed to you as download and print, and the fee is deducted from your refund.
For faulty, defective, or damaged items, return shipping is covered by OVELYX LIGHTS LTD.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive your return.
No restocking fees are charged.

How do I start a return?
Email support@ovelyxlights.com with your order number to request a return before sending any items back. You can also use our contact form.
Please include a photo of the product you wish to return so we can check the item is still in good condition.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

What condition must the item be in?
The product must be returned in original condition, with all labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
If an item is damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging, this may affect the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not accept exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns within 30 days, a £5.99 return label fee applies and is deducted from your refund.
If an item arrives faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is covered by OVELYX LIGHTS LTD and we will provide a prepaid label.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days from delivery, items are no longer eligible for standard returns or refunds.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Do you affect my UK consumer rights?
No. Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These rights apply independently and cannot be excluded.

Are bulbs included?
Bulbs are not included unless clearly stated on the product page.
Fixtures with integrated LED modules include the light source as part of the fitting.
Are your lights dimmable?
Dimmability depends on the specific product.

Can I use your lights in bathrooms?
